Look who's WHOOP's #1 of The Netherlands in terms of strain! Euphoria!

Last year's Fietselfstedentocht was an epic ride with my brother - a gruesome edition with plenty of storm and rain!

My heart rate during the 10 hour ride from Amsterdam to Hegelsom: note how I kept my heart rate relatively low during the first few hours!

While many cyclists eat while riding, I prefer to stop and enjoy the moment while eating something
