The darker days are here in the northern hemisphere, and so is the need for good lights on your bike. Although battery powered lights can do the job, you need to keep them charged. I wanted a light system on my road bike that just works. Read along for some light in the darkness!

Both lights working - the result

The Supernova M99 DY PRO is a dynamo-operated LED front light with high beam function and German road code approval

The high beam function becomes available from 20KM/h and allows you to illuminate the road much further ahead (if traffic permits)

The beam is amazing - it just works, really well!

Use a thin layer of tape to temporarily join the individual leads - making it easier to guide the cable

If you look carefully, you can see a piece of copper cable inside the hole
